About the Founder.



Francisco Lung, MBA, CFA, brings over 20 years of diverse experience in traditional capital markets and digital asset management. His extensive background bridges the fields of computer science and finance, giving him a unique perspective on technology-based investments.


After beginning his career as a software engineer at IBM, he spent a decade working in capital markets, both on the sell-side and buy-side. He was also previously a Managing Partner of a fintech startup. He has acquired and sold a number of small businesses and is an expert in operational and financial due diligence. Currently, he is the Chief Investment Officer of Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. (CSE:SPIR).


Francisco holds a B.Math from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
